Payment Methods Credit Cards are encrypted and secure, online. You may also phone us with your credit card details if you prefer, on 01326 560 200. We're a very small company, making everything by hand, specially for you. And we never, never share your details with another company.
Shipping And Handling Up to £46.00, carriage and packing is £2.95. Between £46.00 and £100.00 we charge £5.95 for Special Delivery which requires your signature, and over £100.00 we charge £15.50 for Courier Service. Please request a Courier if you would prefer it on other orders too (01326 560 200).
Delivery Schedule We hand-make each piece when your payment is received. Delivery on jewellery (except Tiaras) is within 7 working days, though in urgent case we may be able to fast-track orders. Delivery on a Tiara is usually 2 weeks - in our very busiest periods we may take up to 4 weeks. If in any doubt please don't hesitate to call on 01326 560 200. Please be aware that Earrings and Tiaras are strictly non-returnable. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Ring to check if you are ordering after 19th December.

Credit Card Security All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted and secure. If you want to be sure of this, when you are asked for your card details, check the browser navigation bar at the top of your screen. You should see "HTTPS", and on the right of the web address you will see the golden padlock. If you prefer, you can always place your order by phone between 10.00 and 5.00pm Tues-Saturday on 01326 560 200.
Guarantee All earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene. Tiaras are made specially to your order by hand and are non-returnable. Necklaces and chokers can be returned within 7 days, PROVIDING YOU CONTACT US BY EMAIL WITHIN 48 Hours of delivery and in the original packaging in perfect saleable condition. All our jewellery is hand-made, incorporating Swarovski crystals, handmade beads, semi-precious stones and natural materials from round the world which may vary, giving each piece its own individuality. For the same reasons, measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to interchange compatible materials to keep the integrity of our designs should a natural material, handmade bead or fastening/finding become unavailable. We guarantee the use of Swarovski crystals where stated and sterling silver or rolled gold in all our fastenings/findings. For conditions applying to COMMISSIONS please contact us on 01326 560 200. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
